Located in the Columbine Room on the second floor of Broadmoor Hall (above the Exhibit Center), the Media Center is the check-in and badging location for all media representatives attending the Space Symposium.
The Media Center provides a place for reporters to work, facilities for press briefings, copies of press releases and announcements, schedules of media events, Internet hook-up for filing stories, live video feed from the main meeting room, easy access to knowledgeable Space Foundation staff, beverages, light snacks and light lunch for badged media.
The Space Foundation schedules media briefings and press conferences in the Media Center and also provides teleconference hook-ups so that reporters who are not attending the Symposium can participate.
