Registration Fees:

Symposium industry registration includes admission to Symposium general sessions, exhibits and receptions. It DOES NOT include a ticket to any Symposium luncheons or dinners; tickets for these dining events must be purchased separately.

Cyber 1.6 Classified* industry registration includes admission to Cyber 1.6 Classified sessions and a private lunch. U.S. citizenship and a TS/SCI security clearance are required.

Space Classified* industry registration includes admission to Space Classified sessions and a private lunch. U.S. citizenship and a TS/SCI security clearance are required.

*Classified Sessions Clearance Verification Disclaimer: In order to attend either of the classified sessions, your TS/SCI clearance must be received and verified by April 1, 2016. If you have registered for any of the classified sessions and these conditions are not met, you will be responsible for a $50 transaction fee. No exceptions.

Tech Tracks are short presentations and panels on specific technical topics. Tech Track industry registration includes lunch on Tuesday and admission to the Exhibit Center and Symposium sessions on Wednesday.

Symposium active military/government registration includes admission to Symposium general sessions, exhibits, receptions, one ticket to the Symposium luncheon of your choice and one ticket to each Symposium dinner.

*Please note: Active military/government attendees must select their luncheon preference when registering.

New Generation Space Leaders Program Guidelines

For young space professionals age 35 and under, the Space Foundation will help participants gain visibility and exposure to senior leaders while getting advice and insight on career development (no extra cost, but Symposium registration is required). *ONLY space professionals age 35 and younger who have registered for the Symposium may attend New Generation Space Leaders Program events. 

Cancellation/Transfer Policy:

Symposium, Cyber 1.6 Classified, Space Classified and Tech Track cancellations received in writing by March 11, 2016, will receive a 50% refund. No refunds will be issued after March 11, 2016. Symposium and Classified Session registration transfers will be processed for a fee of $200. Tech Track Only registration transfers will be processed for a fee of $50 through March 25, 2016. No transfers processed after March 25, 2016.
