What is the Cancellation/Transfer Policy?
Symposium, Cyber Classified, Space Classified, and Tech Track cancellations received in writing by September 30, 2020 will receive a full refund. Refunds will not be issued after September 30, 2020. No exceptions.
Registration transfers will be processed through October 15, 2020. No transfer fee will be assessed.
Please note: in the event of a cancellation, the refund of any deposits forwarded to hotels or other related business will be at the discretion of the supplier.

Is online registration secure?
Payments are processed through Stripe. Stripe has been audited by a PCI-certified auditor and is certified to PCI Service Provider Level 1. This is the most stringent level of certification available in the payments industry. To accomplish this, they make use of best-in-class security tools and practices to maintain a high level of security.
Are dining event tickets included with purchase?
Dining event tickets are not included with Space Symposium program registration and must be purchased.
Dining tickets can be purchased online or can be added to an existing registration by logging into your Launchsquid account (information included in your confirmation email) or by calling the Space Foundation’s Customer Relations Team at +1.800.691.4000. Dining event tickets may also be purchased onsite if space is available.
I need a copy of my order receipt. How can I obtain this?
You can access all your event details including your receipt and QR code by visiting www.launchsquid.com and signing into your account. Once signed in, select My Events. Find the Space Symposium event and press the Details button. You can Print Registration Receipt under the Printed Items tab.
I registered someone else. How do I obtain their receipts, QR code, or event information?
You can access all of your event details (to include those that you registered) by visiting www.launchsquid.com and signing into your account. Once signed in, select My Events under your name. Find the dropdown box for My Events and you will see REGISTRATION OF OTHERS. Select the name and then press the Details button. You can Print Registration Receipt under the Printed Items tab.
Can I pay for my ticket via check, purchase order, or wire transfer?
Absolutely! Please visit our Registration Page and register for all the events you plan to attend. During the checkout process, select the Finish & Pay Later option. By selecting this option, an invoice will automatically be generated and e-mailed to you. The invoice will include your event selections and instructions on where to submit the payment. Once payment is received, the credit will be applied toward your record and you will receive your event confirmation details.
Please Note: This feature is available only through September 20th. All invoices must be paid by September 30, 2020.
Why am I being charged a credit card processing fee when I register online?
Your registration total includes a non-refundable payment processing fee that enables Space Foundation to minimize registration price increases as much as possible, while still delivering a world-class symposium experience. This fee is paid to a third party that provides these services for the Space Foundation and is not considered revenue for the Space Foundation, a 501(c)3 non-profit organization. If you prefer not to pay this transaction fee, you have the choice to pay via check. Online payment is an alternative to traditional types of payments and we are pleased to be able to continue to provide this convenience for our customers.
When will I receive my QR code for registrant check-in?
QR codes are automatically generated after registration is completed and is included in your confirmation email. If you cannot locate your confirmation email, visit Launchsquid.com to retrieve. Otherwise, please send your request to [email protected].
What if I forget to bring my registrant check-in QR code with me?
No problem! We can verify your registration and identity with a valid government-issued I.D.
Can someone else pick up my badge for me?
No. For security reasons, we do not allow registrants to receive their badges and registration materials without valid government-issued I.D.
If I am an Exhibitor, can I go to any of the Symposium or Tech Track sessions?
Symposium and Tech Track sessions are reserved for "Registrants." Exhibitors who are not also classified as Registrants cannot attend sessions.
I am not registered for the Space Symposium but would like to visit the Exhibit Center North and South. Is there a pass to view only the exhibits?
Only paid Symposium registrants, exhibitors or registered visitors are allowed in the Exhibit Center North and South. We do not offer an exhibits-only pass. All visitor passes are reserved and designated by exhibiting companies. The Space Foundation does not have the authority to issue visitor passes.
May I take photos at the Symposium?
Yes, photography and videotaping are allowed at the Symposium, throughout the venue, the program and the exhibit center, excluding private meetings and classified programs.
Where can I park?
The Broadmoor does have limited parking available in their parking garage for $20/day. We encourage the use of off-site parking at the nearby Broadmoor World Arena with complimentary shuttle service, or the use of complimentary shuttle services which transport attendees to/from our offsite hotels to the event.
