Registration transfers will be processed through March 29, 2019. Transfers will not be processed after March 29, 2019. Symposium, Cyber 1.9 Classified, and Space Classified registration transfers will be processed for a fee of $200. Tech Track Only registration transfers will be processed for a fee of $50.

Three dining tickets to attend meals of your choice are included with Active Military/Government Space Symposium program registration.
Dining event tickets are not included with Industry Space Symposium program registration and must be purchased.

Absolutely! Please visit the Registration Portal and register for all the events you plan to attend. During the checkout process, select the Finish & Pay Later option. By selecting this option, an invoice will automatically be generated and e-mailed to you. The invoice will include your event selections and instructions on where to submit the payment. Once payment is received, the credit will be applied toward your record and you will receive your event confirmation details.
Your registration total includes a non-refundable payment processing fee that enables Space Foundation to minimize registration price increases as much as possible, while still delivering a world-class symposium experience. This fee is paid to a third party that provides these services for the Space Foundation and is not considered revenue for the Space Foundation, a 501(c)3 non-profit organization. If you prefer not to pay this transaction fee, you have the choice to pay via check. Online payment is an alternative to traditional types of payments and we are pleased to be able to continue to provide this convenience for our customers.

Symposium and Tech Track sessions are reserved for “Registrants.” Exhibitors who are not also classified as Registrants cannot attend sessions.
Only paid Symposium registrants, exhibitors or registered visitors are allowed in the Exhibit Center and Pavilion. We do not offer an exhibits-only pass. All visitor passes are reserved and designated by exhibiting companies. The Space Foundation does not have the authority to issue visitor passes.
Yes, photography and videotaping are allowed at the Symposium, throughout the venue, the program and the exhibit center, excluding private meetings and classified programs.
The Broadmoor does have limited parking available in their parking garage for $15/day. We encourage the use of off-site parking at the nearby Broadmoor World Arena with complimentary shuttle service, or the use of complimentary shuttle services which transport attendees to/from our offsite hotels to the event. Please note: Garden of the Gods Resort does not offer a shuttle and The Mining Exchange guests can walk to or call The Antlers to catch the shuttle from there.
