Space Law and Regulation Track
Presented in Association with the International Institute of Space Law (IISL) and Sherman & Howard
The Space Law and Regulation Track, developed in association with the International Institute of Space Law, will address pressing issues of space law and regulation impacting commercial space activities. Attendees will receive an update on regulatory developments in the U.S. and several panels will address legal issues of concern to commercial space companies. Thereafter, The GC Forum will feature General Counsels from government agencies and space companies who will address a variety of important and current issues, from IP to deals and contracting issues. We anticipate up to 15 General Counsels will participate in the Forum. Following the GC Forum, Sherman & Howard will host a reception and provide an opportunity for attendees to network with the speakers and GCs.
CLE credit will be provided.
