Space Symposium Registration

Standard Registration - $3,260*

Includes first-come, first-served seating in the International Center for live speaker sessions, full access to our virtual platform, admission to the Northrop Grumman Exhibit Center North and South, and the opportunity to attend open networking events or purchase à la carte luncheon and dinner tickets.

Livestream - $850

Individuals unable to attend in person can register for the Livestream to see, hear and engage with the presentations, panels, awards, programming.

Track Programming - $425/day

Tracks are one day sessions with a specific focus: Space Law, Space Science, Space Investment, and Industry Game Changers held at Cheyenne Mountain Resort. Lunch at Cheyenne Mountain Resort is included in Track Program registrations.

NOTE: Track Program registrants will not have access to the live speaking program being held at The Broadmoor, or to the Northrop Grumman Exhibit Center North and South. Access to the live speaking program held at The Broadmoor requires purchase of Standard Registration.

Space Symposium industry registration includes access to Space Symposium general sessions, exhibits and receptions. It does not include a ticket to any Space Symposium luncheons or dinners. Tickets for dining events must be purchased separately.

Space Foundation offers a special discounted registration rate for active duty military and government personnel. Space Symposium Active Duty Military and Government registration includes access to Space Symposium general sessions, exhibits, and receptions. It does not include a ticket to any Space Symposium luncheons or dinners. Tickets for dining events must be purchased separately. For U.S. Active Duty Military only, Livestream and Northrop Grumman Exhibit Center North and South access on April 10 & 11 are available for NO CHARGE.

Cancellation / Transfer Policy

Cancellations received in writing by March 11, 2024 will receive a 50% refund. Refunds will not be issued after March 11, 2024. There will be no exceptions. Non-payment or non-attendance does not constitute a cancellation. If for any reason Space Foundation cancels or postpones this event, Space Foundation is not responsible for covering airfare and other travel costs incurred by attendees, exhibitors, or speakers.

Registration transfers will be processed through March 11, 2024. A $200 transfer fee will be assessed.

Please note: in the event of a cancellation, the refund of any deposits forwarded to hotels or other related businesses will be at the discretion of the supplier.

New Generation Space Leaders Program Guidelines

For young space professionals age 35 and under, Space Foundation will help participants gain visibility and exposure to senior leaders while getting advice and insight on career development. There is no extra cost for this program, but Space Symposium registration is required. *ONLY space professionals age 35 and younger who have registered for Space Symposium may attend New Generation Space Leaders Program events.

Exhibit Center Passes

Only paid Space Symposium registrants, exhibitors or registered visitors are allowed in the Northrop Grumman Exhibit Center North and South. All visitor passes are reserved and designated by exhibiting companies and sponsors.

Privacy Policy

Space Foundation publishes a standard list of conference attendees. Attendee contact information is shared for the sole purpose of invitations to conference-related social events and business meetings. Information will not be sold or shared beyond the scope of the conference. If you would like to be omitted from this list, you can state your preference during registration.  Otherwise, you can contact [email protected] for assistance in removing you from the list. Liability

In the event of industrial disruptions or natural disasters, Space Foundation cannot accept responsibility for any financial or other losses incurred by the attendee. Space Foundation takes no responsibility for injury or damage to persons or property occurring during Space Symposium. All insurance, including medical coverage, or expenses incurred in the event of the cancellation of Space Symposium is the individual attendee’s responsibility. Attendees are encouraged to choose a travel insurance policy that includes loss of fees/deposits through cancellation of participation in Space Symposium, or through the cancellation of Space Symposium itself, loss of airfares for any reason, medical expenses, loss or damage to personal property, additional expenses and repatriation should travel arrangements have to be altered. Space Foundation will take no responsibility for any participant failing to take out insurance.

Conference Photography

By registering for and attending Space Symposium, you grant Space Foundation, host group or association, the right to use your image and likeness for marketing and promotional purposes, unless you specifically request removal of the photo or video in writing by emailing your details, the photos details and the conference name to [email protected] detailing your request.
