Located on the second floor of Broadmoor Hall, the Media Center is the check-in and badging location for all media attending the Space Symposium.
The Media Center provides a place for reporters to work, facilities for press briefings, copies of press releases and announcements, schedules of media events, Internet access for filing stories, live video feed from the main meeting room, assistance from Space Foundation staff, beverages, light snacks and box lunch for badged media.

*These media briefings and events are open to all registered media and are subject to change without notice. This schedule does not include private media events.
All media, whether pre-registered or walk-in, must register at the Media Center to receive a Space Symposium badge. Media representatives must wear a badge at all times while at the Symposium.
Media registration allows entrance to general sessions, receptions, exhibits and media events. Sessions may be recorded unless otherwise indicated, as long as the proceedings are not disturbed.
Members of the media may cover most dining events from the press seating area. For some events, dining tickets are available for purchase.
Interviews may be conducted subsequent to the sessions, at the discretion of the speakers, panelists or their staff.
