Adam leads business transformation efforts for the Space Propulsion & Power Systems sector within the Aerojet Rocketdyne segment of L3Harris Technologies. 

Prior to joining L3Harris in 2025, Adam spent 9 years with Reaction Engines where he first created and then served as the President of the company’s U.S. division.  In this role Adam oversaw the expansion of the company’s hypersonic propulsion and thermal management technology for the U.S. market. Adam previously worked for 9 years at Lockheed Martin Space Systems as the system architect for reusable and responsive launch.

Adam earned a Ph.D. and Master’s degree in aerospace engineering from the University of Maryland and a Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from Utah State.
