Chief Master Sergeant Karmann-Monique Pogue serves at the Senior Enlisted Leader Space Delta 10, Space Training and Readiness Command, United S t a t e s Air Force Academy, Colorado. She is responsible for all matters regarding the health, welfare, morale, and effective utilization of Space Delta 10 personnel. Her teams develop United States Space Force doctrine and tactics, conducts the United States Space Force Lessons learned Program, and executes and supports wargames in order to posture United States Space Forces, and designated joint and allied partners, to prevail in a Contested, Degraded, Operationally-Limited, all-domain environment. . Chief Pogue is the principle advisor to the Space Delta 10 Commander on the career progression, utilization, training, and organization of the enlisted force as well as providing mentorship to United States Space Force Guardians. Chief Pogue advocates the Commander’s goals, objectives, and policies to all Space Delta 10 personnel, ensuring adherence to standards and developing combat-ready space warfighters.

CMSgt Pogue is a native of Tucson, Arizona and enlisted in the Air Force in May 1999 as a Space Systems Operator (1C6X1). Her background includes numerous space operations positions, providing space based theater ballistic missile warning, space electronic warfare, ground based missile warning and space domain awareness operations. She has trained combat air, sea and land forces to operate in GPS & SATCOM denied environments and developed adversary war employment concepts to replicate realistic threats to the space force enhancement mission. Chief Pogue has extensive experience as an operator, instructor and leader and has served at the squadron, group and Combatant Command. Her operational deployments include OPERATION ENDURING FREEDOM, OPERATION IRAQI FREEDOM and Combined Joint Task Force-Horn of Africa Operations. CMSgt Pogue transferred to the United States Space Force on September 1, 2020. CMSgt Pogue is married to MSgt (Ret.) Shane J. Pogue and they have two daughters.
