Dan Laubach serves as Raft’s Senior Director of Programs, bringing over a decade of experience in program management and leadership within the Department of Defense. In his current role, Dan manages a diverse portfolio of projects spanning the Air Force, Space Force, and other DoD agencies, driving mission-critical solutions to the tactical edge. Prior to joining Raft, he held leadership positions at Air Force TENCAP, where he served as the acquisition authority for major programs and developed operational prototypes for warfighters. He holds an MBA from Liberty University and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Montana State University. His extensive expertise in cross-functional team leadership, business development, and technology transition makes him a pivotal figure in advancing Raft’s mission to deliver innovative solutions to defense challenges.
