Jules Clayton is the Director of Space Systems at Insight Global, a leading provider of talent and professional engineering services to Civil, Commercial, and Defense Space clients around the world. Jules and his team help customers solve problems in talent acquisition, retention, and productivity, as well as provide solutions in engineering design, development, manufacturing, and integration and testing. IG Space Systems employees support many of the space economy’s current flagship projects, including NASA’s Artemis program, the commercial space sector’s push for space stations, launch vehicles, and spacecraft, and the DoD’s efforts to better equip the warfighter by creating next-generation satellite networks and ground systems. Jules brings nearly ten years of experience in aerospace engineering talent management, having originally started his career supporting NASA’s Goddard Space Flight Center in Greenbelt, MD.
Originally from Williamsburg, Virginia, Jules received both his Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees from Virginia Tech in Blacksburg, VA. He lives with his wife and golden retriever outside of Washington, DC and enjoys tennis, cooking, and exploring the Blue Ridge and Shenandoah areas of Virginia.
