Kristin Robertson is president of Space & C2 Systems for Raytheon Intelligence & Space, a business of Raytheon Technologies. RI&S provides current and future space solutions for defense, government, intelligence, and security customers globally. This portfolio also includes wholly owned subsidiaries, Blue Canyon Technologies and SEAKR Engineering, leading providers of small satellites, spacecraft systems and space electronics.

Before joining Raytheon Technologies, Robertson was a senior executive at the Boeing Company, most recently, vice president of Defense Space & Security and general manager of Autonomous Systems. In this role, she oversaw the development of autonomous systems, intelligence capabilities, and solutions from seabed to space that included key franchise programs such as the MQ-25 Stingray, Orca eXtra Large Unmanned Undersea Vehicle, Boeing’s Airpower Teaming System and five wholly owned subsidiaries.

Robertson has been recognized by the Society of Women Engineers and the National Engineer’s Council for her leadership and support of women in STEM fields, and led a team that earned the 2021 Laureate award for defense innovation. She currently serves as a trustee for the National Naval Aviation Museum Foundation.

Robertson holds a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, an MBA and certifications in Lean and program management. She completed the Integral Leadership Program at the University of Notre Dame. She is a member of the Beta Gamma Sigma National Honor Society and Society of Women Engineers.
