Madison is a Senior Mission Assurance Engineer at Millennium Space Systems supporting critical satellite missions and system solutions.
 
Prior to joining Millennium, Madison was a Systems Engineer in the Safety and Mission Assurance group at Virgin Orbit. During her tenure, she made significant contributions to advancing groundbreaking launch capabilities through full mission life cycles for both domestic and international markets. As the focal for all risk management activities related to the air launch system, she supported all six campaigns overseeing hazardous tests and launch safety. 
 
Madison is this year’s Global Event Manager for Space Generation Fusion Forum (SGFF) following 4 years of involvement organizing SGAC flagship events. Madison is a passionate advocate for STEM education, engaging in long-term initiatives focused on outreach, mentoring, and advocacy to ignite curiosity within the next generation of space professionals.
 
Madison earned a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering with an Aerospace concentration and a Minor in Public Policy from Stevens Institute of Technology.
