Robert Miller heads Government Solutions for CrowdAI, the leading developer of no-code machine learning software for computer vision. In this role, Rob oversees the company’s public sector engagements, including Executive and Legislative Branch outreach as well as its partnership programs that offer free software to U.S. colleges and universities.
Most recently, Rob led federal sales at HawkEye 360, helping to build a diverse book of business leading up to its $70M Series B fundraising round in 2019. Prior to entering the private sector, Rob served nearly 15 years in the federal government with assignments at NGA, CIA, and White House. Before joining the intelligence community, Rob worked as a legislative assistant in the US House of Representatives and after serving in the Peace Corps in Haiti. He holds an MA in International Affairs and Economics from Johns Hopkins University School of Advanced International Studies, and a BA in Economics from the University of Colorado at Boulder.
CrowdAI supports multiple Intelligence Community and Department of Defense customers, spanning traditional and non-traditional ISR missions. In 2018, CrowdAI was the first AI vendor selected by the DOD’s newly-established Joint AI Center, where CrowdAI was recently awarded a $249M blanket purchase agreement for AI test and evaluation tools. CrowdAI’s academic partnership program focuses on empowering women and historically underrepresented students in STEM, and it has multiple active programs, including with Howard and Gallaudet universities.
