Spc4 Kinsey is an Instructor & Course Developer for the Training Flight, 74th Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance Squadron, Peterson Space Force Base, Colorado. He develops and instructs the unit’s qualification training, ensuring Guardians have the skills to provide tailored threat analysis & intelligence production supporting tactical space operations.
Spc4 Kinsey joined the United States Space Force in January 2022. He enlisted as a Geospatial Analyst, graduating from Goodfellow Air Force Base Technical Training in September 2022. Spc4 Kinsey has operational experience in GEOINT, SIGINT, AND ALLSOURCE analysis. Spc4 Kinsey deployed to EUCOM in support of crisis response. Prior to his current position, Spc4 Kinsey had multiple roles in the 74th ISRS to include RFI Manager and Advanced Intelligence Analyst, informing Commanders and warfighters across Department of Defense.
