Tech Track Paper/Presentation Submission
If your abstract has been accepted for the Technical Track program at the 35th Space Symposium, please use this page to upload your paper (deadline March 25, 2019) and/or your presentation (deadline April 1, 2019). All papers and presentations must be in English. Submissions should not contain classified, ITAR-restricted, or proprietary information that cannot be disclosed to a broad multinational audience. Submissions must be formatted as a PDF or Microsoft Word document (.doc, .docx) for papers, and PDF or PowerPoint (.ppt, .pptx) for presentations. File size should not exceed 50 MB.
Copyright and Publication Agreement
I. CLEARANCE
By accepting this agreement, you certify that your paper contains work that is unclassified, unrestricted for presentation to a multinational audience, and has received clearance and approval for public release by the appropriate company and/or government agency.
II. COPYRIGHT AND INFRINGEMENT
By accepting this agreement, you certify that your paper and presentation represent original work by the author(s) and that no portion of the material is covered by a prior copyright, or that you have obtained written permission for the use of any copyrighted portion. You also certify that your work does not infringe on any trademark, patent, trade secret or any other intellectual property rights of any person or organization.
III. COPYRIGHT OWNERSHIP
By accepting this agreement, you acknowledge that copyright is retained by the original owner and is not transferred to the Space Foundation. The author and the author’s organization continue to have the right to reproduce the paper for their own purposes.
IV. AUTHORIZATION TO PUBLISH
By accepting this agreement, you grant the Space Foundation an irrevocable, non-exclusive, perpetual, royalty-free right and license in respect to the submitted paper. The Space Foundation may reproduce the paper electronically or in other formats without requiring further consent.
