Andrew Chassin is a Managing Director for Bank of America’s Aerospace, Defense & Government Services Investment Banking team, based in Washington, DC.
Andrew provides strategic advice to senior executives and boards of directors in the areas of M&A, capital raising and acquisition finance. Andrew has over 20 years of experience in M&A, corporate finance, strategy, operations, and business development. He has led more than $25 billion of transactions for middle-market and large-cap clients in the AD&G sector.
Prior to his current role at Bank of America, Andrew held several roles in strategy and corporate development at The Bechtel Group, a leading engineering, construction, and government services company headquartered in Virginia.
Prior to joining Bechtel, Andrew spent ten years in investment banking and risk management at Bank of America Merrill Lynch, where he focused on M&A and capital raising for clients across several industries.
Andrew has a BS degree from Stanford University and an MBA from UCLA. He lives in Washington, D.C. with his wife and two children.
