Why am I being charged a credit card processing fee when I register online?

Your registration total includes a non-refundable payment processing fee that enables Space Foundation to minimize registration price increases as much as possible while still delivering a world-class Space Symposium experience. This fee is paid to a third-party that provides these services for Space Foundation and is not considered revenue for Space Foundation, a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. If you prefer not to pay this transaction fee, you have the choice to pay via check. Online payment is an alternative to traditional types of payments and we are pleased to be able to continue to provide this convenience to our customers.

When will I receive my QR code for registrant check-in?

QR codes are automatically generated after registration is completed and are included in your confirmation email. If you cannot locate your confirmation email, please send your request to [email protected].

What if I forget to bring my registrant check-in QR code with me?

We can verify your registration and identity with a valid government-issued I.D.

Can someone else pick up my badge for me?
