Danny D. Moore is a national security executive and retired U.S. Navy Cryptologic Technician Technical Master Chief (CTTCM (AW)) with over 45 years of leadership across space, intelligence, and advanced analytics missions. He currently serves as Founder, President, and CEO of DeNOVO Solutions, a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business that delivers AI/ML-driven capabilities to the Department of Defense, the Intelligence Community, and commercial space partners.

During his 24-year Navy career, Mr. Moore held senior leadership roles across the cryptologic and space intelligence enterprise, culminating in his service as Senior Enlisted Advisor at the Aerospace Data Facility Colorado. In this role, he led more than 3,800 personnel supporting national-level space and intelligence operations. His service earned numerous distinctions, including the Meritorious Service Medal and the NSA Director’s Distinguished Service Medal.

Following his military service, Mr. Moore transitioned to industry leadership, including serving as Director of Global Operations at BAE Systems, where he managed a large portfolio supporting international aerospace and defense programs. Today, he leads DeNOVO Solutions at the forefront of applied artificial intelligence for space and multi-domain operations.

Under his leadership, DeNOVO has developed operational AI/ML platforms that directly support space domain awareness, multi-INT fusion, and decision advantage. These include:

  • MELIOREM: AI-enabled signal identification and classification supporting RF and space-based sensing missions
  • Object-Based Orchestration: LLM-enabled system translating operator intent into machine-executable tasking across distributed sensors and processing pipelines
  • DIAG: Graph-based drift detection capability enabling continuous model performance monitoring in dynamic operational environments

DeNOVO’s AI/ML capabilities are distinguished by their operational focus, delivering containerized, DevSecOps-enabled solutions that integrate across classified and hybrid environments (e.g., AWS C2S, edge compute platforms, and secure enclaves).

Mr. Moore holds a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Management and an MBA in International Business. He is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and SAFe® Scaled Agilist, with expertise in large-scale program execution, Agile transformation, and mission-driven technology integration.

Based in Aurora, Colorado, Mr. Moore continues to lead at the convergence of space, AI, and national security, driving innovation that enables faster, more informed decisions in increasingly complex operational environments.
