Dr. Corinne Kramer

Strategic Advisor
Palantir

Corinne Kramer leads strategic engagement at Palantir Technologies, where she works at the intersection of data-driven software, space systems, microelectronics, and defense analytic support. She is responsible for planning, directing, integrating, and coordinating Palantir’s offerings across each of these portfolios, bridging the gap between cutting-edge software capabilities and the operators and analysts who depend on them.

Before joining Palantir, Corinne spent four years as a Principal Analyst in the National Security Division at the Congressional Budget Office, where she published analyses on proliferated low-Earth orbit satellite architectures and hypersonic missile systems that directly informed Congressional deliberations on defense and space investment.

Prior to CBO, she spent more than a decade at the Institute for Defense Analyses, where she led research teams in the Science and Technology Division across a range of programs spanning military communications — including software-defined radio and satellite communications — warfighter injury biomechanics, and the strategy and funding of basic research across the defense enterprise. That breadth of work gave her a systems-level view of how technology transitions from the laboratory to operational use.

Corinne holds a PhD in Physics from Johns Hopkins University, where her doctoral research in cellular biomechanics included fabricating novel substrates using microfabrication techniques in a cleanroom environment. She also holds a BA in Physics and Astronomy from Stony Brook University (SUNY).
