Lorna Kenna is Amentum’s Senior Vice President of the Space Solutions Business Line in the Engineering & Technology Business Group. Lorna oversees Amentum’s support to NASA at Johnson Space Center (JSC), Kennedy Space Center (KSC), Marshall Space Flight Center (MSFC), and Langley Research Center (LaRC).

Most recently, Lorna Kenna served as the Vice President and Program Manager of Amentum at NASA’s Kennedy Space Center (KSC) in Cape Canaveral, FL. Amentum provides overall management and implementation of ground systems capabilities, flight hardware processing and launch operations at KSC as part of the Consolidated Operations, Management, Engineering, and Test Contract (COMET). NASA program support includes Exploration Ground Systems, Orion Multi-Purpose Crew Vehicle, Space Launch System, International Space Station, and Launch Services Program. Lorna previously served as VP and General Manager for the Test Operations Support Contract (TOSC), the predecessor contract to COMET, where she and her team made significant contributions to the successful launch and recovery of the Artemis I mission in November 2022. Before being promoted to VP and GM Lorna served as the Deputy General Manager for Jacobs Space Operations Group at KSC. Lorna also supported the Engineering Sciences Contract at NASA Johnson Space Center as the Director of Asset Management. In this role, she delivered cost-effective O&M of critical space flight test facilities and manufacturing activities for human spaceflight. Prior, she was Jacobs’ IT Director at Cape Canaveral Air Force Station on the Launch Operations & Support Contract.

Lorna earned her Master of Arts in Computer Resources and Information Management (M.A) from Webster University and her Bachelor of Science in Computer Studies (B.S.) from the University of Maryland. She is a Certified Maintenance and Reliability Professional (CMRP) and a member of several professional societies, including The AIAA, the National Management Association, Women in Aerospace (WIA) and Women in Technology International (WITI). She serves as a board member for United Way Space Coast and the Economic Development Commission for Florida’s Space Coast.
