Ryan Tintner
Vice President & General Manager, Space Superiority
Northrop Grumman Space Systems
Ryan Tintner is the vice president and general manager of the Space Superiority Division in Northrop Grumman Space Systems, where he directs the business strategy, development and execution for the company’s space superiority capabilities.
Previously at Northrop Grumman, Tintner was vice president of Civil Space Systems for Northrop Grumman where he oversaw a portfolio of programs ranging from human habitats and logistics services, to science and weather satellites. He also served as vice president of digital transformation where he was responsible for overseeing the company’s digital transformation activities across the full digital thread ranging from digital engineering and manufacturing to supply chain and project execution.
Tintner has also been vice president for the Air Warfare Systems business, which included electronic warfare, targeting and tactical unmanned aerial system radars. Other previous assignments included technical development and leadership on tactical and ISR radars, as well as undersea systems across the full lifecycle from development to deployment, including direct support to the user community across the services and agencies.
Tintner holds a bachelor’s degree in computer science from the Georgia Institute of Technology, a master’s degree in information security from the Johns Hopkins University, and a master of business administration from the Carey Business School.
