Anna Jones is the SVP, Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary of Intuitive Machines.  Anna joined the Company in March 2023 as General Counsel and Corporate Secretary.  Anna has a range of experience counseling boards and executives on corporate governance, compliance, securities, finance, and transactional matters across several industries.  Before joining Intuitive Machines, she was Vice President of Securities and Corporate Counsel at Paysafe Limited from April 2021 through March 2023, where she advised on securities disclosure and compliance matters, corporate governance, finance and treasury transactions, and other transactions.  Anna has also held legal positions at Marathon Oil, ConocoPhillips, Spectra Energy Corp, and Hyatt Hotels Corporation.  Anna began her legal career as a corporate associate at Latham & Watkins LLP.  Anna holds a juris doctor degree from Northwestern University School of Law and a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Michigan.
