Dennis has several decades of experience counseling domestic and international space and high technology companies in a variety of transactional, regulatory, and national security matters. He previously served as Consulting Principal, LMI Advisors, Chief Counsel, Regulatory and Government Affairs of Kymeta Corporation, and Vice President, Trade Policy and Export Control for EADS North America. Dennis is a Director and Treasurer of the International Institute of Space Law (“IISL”) and Chairman of the Space, Cyber, and Telecommunications Advisory Board, at the University of Nebraska College of Law. Dennis is a graduate of Nebraska Wesleyan University, the University of Nebraska College of Law, and the Georgetown University College of Law.
