Doug Anderson is a Partner in PwC’s Operations and Supply Chain Services practice, bringing 25+ years of consulting and industry experience with a deep focus in aerospace & defense and space-related supply networks. Doug helps organizations improve mission-critical supply chain performance—affordability, availability, quality, and scalability—through procurement transformation, strategic sourcing, category strategy, and operating-model modernization.  

His experience includes leading multi-year value capture programs spanning 15+ direct material categories, delivering hundreds of millions in savings and improving hardware availability through supplier engagement, cross-functional execution, and design-to-value feedback loops. He has also led end-to-end supply chain transformations (including S&OP and inventory optimization) and supplier rationalization efforts. Doug holds an MBA from the University of Southern California, graduate and undergraduate degrees in Mechanical Engineering (Purdue; University of Illinois), and APICS CPIM certification.
