Dr. Onur Deniz is Founder and CEO of NeuralAgent, a pioneering deep-tech company operating across Europe and the United States, building the missing AI and network orchestration layer for the next generation of autonomous systems across space, air, ground, and sea.
NeuralAgent enables technological sovereignty by deploying decentralized, explainable AI directly on critical infrastructure eliminating reliance on cloud-based control and non-sovereign systems. Its technology allows satellites, drones, and heterogeneous assets to autonomously coordinate and execute missions in real time, even in contested and disconnected environments. This represents a paradigm shift from centralized architectures to resilient, self-organizing intelligence at the edge.
The company’s core platform is built around three integrated products: OrbiNet™, a multi-orbit AI-driven orchestration layer for satellite constellations enabling high-performance, self-optimizing space networks; CASAS™, a distributed AI-Cloud in space designed as Europe’s first orbital data and compute infrastructure in collaboration with leading industrial and institutional partners; and SkyGuard™, a decentralized AI-Agent operating system for autonomous drone swarms and unmanned systems operating in GNSS-denied and high-dynamic environments. NeuralAgent’s technologies are being advanced through collaborations with major defense and space programs including Airbus Defence and Space (FCAS), NATO initiatives, and the European Defence Fund, as well as leading aerospace and defense partners.
Prior to founding NeuralAgent, Dr. Deniz held leadership roles across the automotive and aerospace industries, including at Volkswagen and Airbus APWorks, where he led pioneering work in AI-driven engineering and advanced manufacturing. He holds a PhD in Aerospace and Lightweight Structures from Technical University of Braunschweig.
