Francis is CEO & Co-Founder of Metaspectral, which builds AI technology to analyze hyperspectral imagery in milliseconds instead of hours for the defense, aerospace, manufacturing, and agricultural sectors. Francis also co-founded Catapult Design, a non-profit design consultancy providing engineering support to organizations in need of socially empowering technologies, which was awarded a National Design Award from the Cooper Hewitt, Smithsonian Design Museum in 2020. Francis holds 10 patents, a Masters in Engineering from Stanford University, and an MBA from the Wharton School of Business.
