Jeff is a Managing Director in PwC’s Boston Deals practice specializing in Capital Markets and Accounting Advisory services. With over 18 years of industry experience, he focuses on delivering end-to-end solutions to companies undertaking transformative events (e.g., IPOs, acquisitions, divestitures, ERP implementation, alliances and complex accounting).​

Jeff’s core focus is on the A&D sector, where he works with many of the largest corporate and private equity backed companies globally. In this role, Jeff frequently supports companies with technical consultations on deals, accounting and SEC reporting topics. Jeff also creates and delivers regular updates to the practice on emerging trends and topics that are being encountered. Because of this, he is also nationally recognized as a subject matter specialist and a leader in the practice. Finally, Jeff is also a published thought leader on the impacts to the industry by the complex revenue recognition standard.​

Prior to joining PwC’s Deals practice, Jeff was in PwC’s Trust practice serving large multinational public companies. He leverages this foundational experience to provide his clients with a deep understanding of auditor expectations and related regulatory requirements.​

Jeff is an Eagle Scout and a Certified Public Accountant. Jeff holds a M.S. and B.S. in Accounting from the University of Connecticut. Go Huskies!
