John May is a Partner in the Government Contract Practice and has over twenty years of government contract accounting and compliance experience assisting clients in Aerospace & Defense, Technology, Healthcare, Construction and Industrial Products. Mr. May provides expert advice to commercial companies seeking entrance into the government contracting arena in addition to well-established contractors; and expert services related to strategic alignment, pricing, costing, compliance, operational, governance, controls, and system considerations of federal contracts, grants and other agreements.
Mr. May has deep technical knowledge of financial accounting and reporting requirements of government and commercial contracts and provides his clients technical advice during negotiation, execution, investigation and litigation of government contracts.
Mr. May graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from George Mason University. He is a Certified Public Accountant in Massachusetts and Virginia.
