Shirley Paley is Chief Legal Officer at Muon Space, where she oversees legal, regulatory, security, and corporate governance strategy as the company scales its end‑to‑end space systems business. She advises Muon’s leadership on venture and growth financing, complex commercial contracting, and global compliance in support of the company’s expanding footprint. Prior to joining Muon, Paley served as Chief Legal Officer at Formlabs and General Counsel at Catalant Technologies, and held senior legal roles at Demandware, acquired by Salesforce, and at Sonus Networks. She began her career at Goodwin Procter LLP focused on complex intellectual property litigation and clerked for the Hon. Sandra L. Lynch of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the First Circuit. Paley holds a J.D. from New York University School of Law and a B.A. from Dartmouth College.
