As the General Counsel to True Anomaly, Tom is responsible for overseeing all legal matters for a company operating at the frontier of space superiority. Prior to joining True Anomaly, he served as Associate General Counsel at impact.com where he guided the company through multiple business acquisitions and its largest fundraising effort. Tom also practiced in the capital markets group at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP, where he advised Fortune 500 companies across all industries on a wide range of transactions, governance matters, and interactions with regulators.
