Guidelines for Entry into the Northrop Grumman Exhibit halls – North & South:

  • All customers and visitors entering the exhibit halls must present proper 38th credentials upon access. Their badge will scan green for entry. If it scans red, please direct them to the Exhibitor Check in Desk or the Resolution Center. Ensure you know where these two venues are located at the start of your shift.  Exhibit Check in is in the larger exhibit hall, Bartolin Hall/Northrop Grumman North and the Resolution Center is in the smaller hall/Broadmoor hall/Northrop Grumman South.

  • All visitors must be dressed appropriately. Business “smart” casual is requested of all participants of the symposium. No holes in pants, flip flops, hoodies, or athletic wear. Nice jeans are ok.

  • No children under the age of 18 permitted Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday. Children aged 6 years and older can access the exhibit center on Thursday, April 20th from 12:00-5:00 p.m. only if they are pre-registered and have a proper visitor badge.   If a guest with a child shows up with an unregistered child and/or arrive to tour the exhibits outside of the above dates/times, admittance will be denied.  No exceptions!  Please ask for guidance if this should happen from a team member, or board member. For customers, please explain the rules, and if they take issue, have them go to Exhibit Check in or the Resolution Center.

  • Outside of the regular exhibition hours, a visitor entering the exhibit hall must have BOTH a 38th Space Symposium badge AND a meeting pass for the exhibit halls. No exceptions may be made by Entry Control Support. If you must deny entry, please refer the individual to the Exhibitor Check-in desk for further assistance.

  • A Broadmoor employee, identified by a Broadmoor name badge may access any area.
  • If a participant from the meeting rooms in the hallway west of the exhibit halls (Bartolin Hall/North Hall) requests access to the restroom, inside the exhibit halls, please direct them up to the 2nd floor (elevator or stairs) to utilize the restrooms there.

  • If you are stationed at the speaker sessions area and you are presented with a “session pass” for Wednesday or Thursday – (only these days) you may allow entrance into a speaker session, no matter the symposium badge the person is wearing.
