Alvin K. Leung is the Technical Director, Enterprise Capability Integration, Space Systems Integration Office, Space Systems Command, U.S. Space Force. While at SSC, Alvin has supported various programs including meshONE-T, Launch and Test Range System (LTRS), and the Satellite Control Network (formerly AFSCN). Alvin began his federal service with the Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA), assessing the Space-Based Infrared (SBIRS) and weather programs.

Previously, Alvin spent over a decade at Boeing in various roles, focusing on Hardware and Software Integration on the International Space Station during its construction as well as business development for future space exploration and MILSATCOM programs. Alvin has also participated in numerous internships and partnerships with the NASA Johnson Space Center (JSC) and its various contractors.

Alvin completed his MBA and MS in Systems Engineering from the University of Southern California (USC), and his BS in Electrical/Computer Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin. A lifelong outdoor and aviation enthusiast, Alvin is an Eagle Scout as well as a licensed private pilot.
