Capt Reed “Jimi” Schafer is an Inter-Service Transfer to USSF and a Program Manager that develops/fields weapon systems under SSC. His background includes Missile Warning; Aircraft Radar & Electronic Warfare; Test & Evaluation for space weapon systems; Strategic Research detail at the Office of the Secretary of Defense, and before the military a corporate buyer at a Fortune 100 company. Capt Schafer has his MBA & PMP, is a published writer on Acquisition reform through Air University and Project Management Institute, and is a graduate of the Army’s Sabaluski Air Assault School. His upcoming assignment is HQSF.
