Christina Hoggatt

Christina Hoggatt is Director of Strategic Marketing & Communications for L3Harris Technologies’ Space & Airborne Systems business segment. In this role, she is responsible for the leadership and management of all external communications initiatives for Space & Airborne Systems, which covers an extensive portfolio of mission solutions for space and airborne domains with defense, intelligence, and commercial applications. The segment provides top-tier capabilities in the design, development, integration, production, and sustainment of major weapons systems for defense primes and national security, civil government, and international customers.

Hoggatt is a proven leader, award-winning public relations strategist, responsible forestablishing and executing integrated communications strategies that fosters and drives a highly collaborative environment. She also serves as an U.S. Air Force Reserve Officer attached to Headquarters Pacific Air Forces (PACAF) Public Affairs (PA), Hickam AFB, Hawaii. Previously, she was with Booz Allen Hamilton, where she managed a team of consultants providing transformation and organizational change management support to a variety of Department of Defense clients. In this role, Hoggatt was responsible for leading project management, strategic planning, strategic communications, change management and congressional affairs functions with a focus on analysis and strategic research.

Hoggatt has a Bachelor of Science degree from Kansas State University, a master’s degree in in Strategic Communication from the University of Oklahoma, and her Executive Change Management Certification from Georgetown University McDonough School of Business.
