Col Rojan Robotham is the Senior Materiel Leader of Advanced Space Capabilities at the Department of the Air Force Rapid Capabilities Office. In this role, she is responsible for leading a team to deliver a $15B portfolio of multiple ACAT 1D premier space capabilities for the Nation. She entered the Air Force through the Reserve Officer Training Corps at Howard University Detachment 130 after graduating from Georgetown University with a Bachelor of Science in Physics. Throughout her career, she has served in a variety of positions in intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance (ISR) organizations at the Major Command and Secretary of the Air Force levels.

In addition to serving in the Air Force, Rojan is also married and has children. She and her husband have three boys whose ages span from high school to elementary school. As a working mother, she understands the challenges women face trying to succeed at home and work. Rojan uses her book, “Working Moms: How We Do ‘IT’” as a way to encourage other women to pursue careers while raising children. She hopes to inspire the next generation to maximize their potential and soar as high as they can.
