Jeff is responsible for Airborne and Space Radar payload programs and radar processing algorithm development supporting the Department of Defense and Intelligence Community. His Division operates across four locations in Northern Virginia, Severn MD, Beavercreek OH and Orlando FL.

Jeff is a former Army Colonel having served over 23 years in a variety of tactical and space operations assignments culminating as a program and portfolio manager at the Defense Innovation Unit in Cambridge, MA. There, he led programs for the Army and Air Force in remote sensing, virtual ground stations, alternate PNT, and resilient space launch.

He holds a Bahelors egree (B.S.) from West Point and master’s degrees (.S.) in engineering, strategy, and security studies from Carnegie Mellon, the U.S. Army War College, and National Defense University.
