Patrick Zeitouni is joining HawkEye 360 as the Chief Strategy Officer in January 2023 to help drive company growth and product strategy. HawkEye is a National Security Space focused company in DC.

Prior to HawkEye, Patrick was the head of Space Mobility division at Blue Origin, managing 200+ engineers and $500M budget to deliver a game-changing new spacecraft. Patrick previously led Blue’s Lunar Landing program and won NASAs first phase contract for a human landing on the Moon. Patrick created and led the Advanced Development Programs (ADP) at Blue Origin (aka the Skunkworks of Blue), responsible for the development of next generation programs.

Prior to joining Blue Origin in 2017, Patrick was a Partner at McKinsey & Company. As part of the New York, Boston and Dubai offices, he focused on driving business impact across several sectors within Aerospace and Defense and the US government (DoD & NASA), with particular emphasis on Space. Patrick’s work encompassed strategy, organizational change and operational improvements.

Prior to McKinsey, Patrick was a Systems Engineer and Project Manager at Northrop Grumman, developing advanced space for satellite and human space exploration programs. Key roles included integration, test and delivery of key hardware for satellites, and leading systems’ analysis proposal volume for NASA Constellation.

Patrick received a Master of Business of Administration from MIT Sloan, a master’s in Astronautics from University of Southern California (USC), a master’s in Electrical Engineering from USC, and a bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology. Patrick graduated from Saint Joseph School, Cornet Chahwan in Lebanon.

Patrick was born in the US to Lebanese parents, and grew up in Saudi Arabia, Lebanon and the US. He is fluent in Arabic and French.
