Ms. Shannon Pallone is the Program Executive Officer (PEO) for Battle Management Command, Control & Communications, United States Space Force, Space Systems Command, Los Angeles Air Force Base, California. She guides a $4B portfolio of over 13 programs and 31 sub- applications/ projects encompassing a wide- range of mission areas, including command and control, cross mission data, and data transport. She is responsible for approving program strategies, delivering programs to meet warfighter needs, and engaging with the Service Acquisition Executive, Space Staff, the Office of the Secretary of Defense, and other Departments and Agencies.

Ms. Pallone began her career with the Space and Missile Systems Center as a Presidential Management Fellow and has held a variety of roles in the Spacelift Range and Satellite Control Network Division, GPS III Follow-on Production program office, and the Command and Control System-Consolidated Program. She was the Materiel Leader for Protected Tactical Satellite Communications (SATCOM) followed by serving as the Senior Materiel Leader for Tactical SATCOM.

Ms. Pallone graduated from Duke University in 1999 with Bachelor of Science degree in Geology and received her master’s degree in Pacific International Affairs from the University of California, San Diego, in 2009. Prior to joining the civil service, she worked as a television and film development executive, for various non-profit organizations, and as a staff geologist for an environmental consulting firm.
