Allie Matthews serves as the Head of Corporate Development at Blue Origin where she is responsible for sourcing, evaluating, negotiating, and executing mergers & acquisitions, minority investments, and strategic partnerships. During her time at Blue Origin, she built the Corporate Development team and led the company through its first ever acquisitions.

Prior to joining Blue Origin, Allie spent time at GKN Aerospace and Eaton Corporation, where she held various leadership roles in finance, corporate development, commercial, and strategy.

Outside of work, Allie is an active member of Chief, a network for women executives where she is passionate about advancing women in business and empowering the next generation of female leaders.

Allie has a Bachelor of Arts in Finance from Michigan State University and is currently pursing executive education at Harvard Business School. She has served on the Board of Directors for the United Way and the Ronald McDonald House.
