Is online registration secure?
Yes. Transactions are handled securely by Blackbaud, a VeriSign verified and trusted, PCI compliant service. For more information, click here.

Can Symposium and Tech Track registration be purchased together?
Absolutely! In fact, you save $200 when you purchase them together. In order to get the savings, you must select the Symposium and Tech Track option on the registration form.

Are dining event tickets included with purchase? 
One ticket to each dinner and one ticket to the luncheon of your choice are included with Active Military/Government registration.

Dining event tickets are not included with Industry registration.

Dining tickets can be purchased online or can be added to an existing registration by calling Space Foundation customer service at +1.800.691.4000. Dining event tickets may also be purchased onsite if space is available.

What is the cancellation/transfer policy? 
Symposium, Cyber 1.5 Classified, Space Classified and Tech Track cancellations received in writing by March 13, 2015, will receive a 50% refund. No refunds will be issued after March 13, 2015. Symposium and Classified Session registration transfers will be processed for a fee of $200. Tech Track Only registrations will be processed for a fee of $50 through March 27, 2015. No transfers processed after March 27, 2015.

When will I receive my barcode for registrant check-in?
You will receive your barcode in a separate email after you complete the registration process. If for any reason you do not receive your barcode within 24 hours, you may contact Customer Service at +1.800.691.4000 or [email protected]

What if I forget to bring my registrant check-in barcode with me?
No problem! We can verify your registration and identity with a valid government-issued I.D.

Can someone else pick up my badge for me?
No. For security reasons, we do not allow registrants to receive their badges and registration materials without valid government-issued I.D.s.

If I am an Exhibitor, can I go to any of the Symposium or Tech Track sessions?
Symposium and Tech Track sessions are reserved for "Registrants." Exhibitors who are not also classified as Registrants cannot attend sessions.

I am not registered for the Space Symposium, but would like to visit the Ball Aerospace Exhibit Center. Is there a pass to view only the exhibits?
Only paid registrants, exhibitors or registered visitors are allowed in the Ball Aerospace Exhibit Center. We do not offer an exhibits-only pass. All visitor passes are reserved and designated by exhibiting companies. The Space Foundation does not have the authority to issue visitor passes.
